BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

I have been making these bbq pork sandwiches for quite some time.  They are an easy, throw in the crock pot meal that makes a lot and tastes really yummy!  There are actually a couple different ways I make pulled pork but the one I am sharing today uses this McCormick BBQ Pulled Pork seasoning.  This stuff really makes the meat taste delicious, even before covering it with bbq sauce!

BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:

1 pkg. McCormick BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning
3 lbs. boneless pork shoulder roast, well trimmed
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

Place pork in slow cooker.  Mix seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar until blended.  Pour over pork.  Cover.  Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.  Remove pork from slow cooker.  Shred pork using two forks.  Return pork to slow cooker.  Mix with bbq sauce (I like Sweet Baby Ray's) and heat with sauce before serving.
